Assemble’s affordable build to rent to own housing includes 284 apartments located within a community of 4 buildings, including a rooftop communal laundry and social space for each building, built above a common basement. The site incorporates frontages on Victoria Street, Rosser Street, and Wilkinson Street, with the rail corridor adjacent to the site on the western elevation. The project also integrates an existing factory on Wilkinson Street and two existing heritage homes on Rosser Street with external frontages, to be restored as part of the overall development.
