Lin Gao

Managing Director

Combining his law degree qualification, Lin has over 20 years of experience in the building materials supply chain and procurement. Lin possesses extensive material procurement resources with substantial experience in managing large-scale manufacturing facilities. He is well-versed in a wide range of building materials, their manufacturing processes, and relevant quality standards. Efficiency driven, result oriented, and solution-focused, he is strict on process implementation and constantly seeks ways to produce panels faster while achieving superior quality. His strong leadership ensures that the Pinnacle project is delivered on time, with a smooth, transparent process that meets all quality standards. Lin leads Pinnacle’s factory production and QA team. He is responsible for factory operations, procurement, production, quality assurance, and product delivery.

JOEY ZUO

Director

Joey brings a unique combination of a master’s in structural engineering and prior experience in Chinese diplomatic service to the construction industry. With over a decade of local construction experience in Australia, he has worked for major developers, managing large-scale project development, asset acquisition, government liaison, feasibility studies, and builder tendering. Joey has an in-depth understanding of the Australian construction commercial processes, quantity surveying, and pricing system. Joey is extensively experienced in façade performance, material selection, and client and architect preferences that will help the business win quality work. During the tender phase, Joey provides robust technical support and value management options, helping clients optimize designs to meet budget requirements. With strong people skills, Joey leads Pinnacle’s estimating team and is responsible for all commercial, tendering, estimating, and risk management functions.

KIN GONG

Project Director

With a structural engineering qualification, Kin has over 15 years of experience working for a National Tier 1 Builder, where he held key roles including Project Manager and Façade Manager. His extensive portfolio spans large-scale projects across high-rise apartments, commercial towers, hospitals, defense facilities, mixed-use complexes, convention centers, and major recladding and refurbishment works in VIC, NSW, and SA.

Highly familiar with all stages of construction, Australian Building Codes, and major package coordination, Kin possesses deep expertise in complex façade system design, structural engineering, and construction methodology. He balances strong design and engineering focus with practical, site-driven solutions, ensuring buildability and seamless integration with on-site teams for end-to-end project delivery.

An excellent communicator, Kin builds strong relationships with client teams and leads both Pinnacle’s Australian project operation and the in-house design team. He is responsible for design, engineering, project delivery, construction planning, and installation.
